Welcome to Finn's second birthday party!

We had a sailboat theme.

Our back yard was full of paper flowers, balloons, and sprinklers.

Here's Finn blowing out the candles on his cake. We've been practicing singing "happy birthday" and blowing out candles on a wooden toy cake. He was ready to go on the big day!

Here's his mommy-made cake.

Here's some more pictures of the table.

There's a big bowl of strawberries front & center - Finn's favorite food.

Check out the fishbowl jello and the dolphin-shaped pb&j's.

I made
these muffins, too. Honestly, I like them better than cake.

And this sailboat cookie cutter just jumped into my hand at Williams Sonoma.

Chips ahoy!

I liked that the bomb pops matched the party colors. The kids just liked them 'cause they're good.

Sidewalk chalk — always a hit.

We had lots of bubbles, too. Bottles of bubbles, a bubbles mower, a bubble machine.

This is one of the sweet homemade presents Finn received—a shaker/drum from his drummer friend.

A little shy, but having fun.

Bubble machine (in the tree), water hose, squirt guns...

Everybody loves the splash pad.

Finn loved, loved loved having so many friends to play with at his party. He had an amazing time!

It was the happiest second birthday ever.
