Last night was our church Christmas party/talent show and so my friend Julie and I yodeled. For real. We use a CD and book called "Learn to Yodel" (I am not making this up) and we actually learned to yodel. It was great because everyone expected us to sing, and then we busted out with the yodeling. It was great.
Finn and I baked cookies today. He was happy to sit in his bouncy seat while I sang Christmas carols and baked. He smiled and babbled and was generally the sweetest thing ever. It was a good time. Then this evening we went and looked at Christmas lights and stopped in to visit a friend.
I keep meaning to take more pictures of him in an attempt to get one of him really smiling! But so far it hasn't happened. We are sure to get some at Christmas, though.
I have all the Christmas shopping finished, so thankfully that is done. I am looking forward to just enjoying the next week or so. hope you are too!
